1) I bought a ticket, but I didn’t receive it in my email. What should I do?
Most likely, the email went to the "SPAM" folder or the "PROMOTIONS" tab in your inbox – please check there. If you still haven’t received the email with your ticket, contact us by sending a message to: tikhonovconcert.europe@gmail.com
2) I bought a ticket but only received a payment receipt. Is that the ticket?
No, in addition to the receipt, you should receive an email with your tickets, which grants you access to the concert. If you have not received the email with your tickets, please contact us: tikhonovconcert.europe@gmail.com
3) I made a mistake when entering my email address. Can you send the ticket to the correct address?
Yes, please write to us at: tikhonovconcert.europe@gmail.com, including your order number.
4) I accidentally deleted my ticket. Can you resend it?
Yes, please write to us at: tikhonovconcert.europe@gmail.com, including your order number.
5) I want to return my tickets. How can I do that?
Ticket refunds are only possible if the event is canceled or postponed. In such cases, the face value of the ticket (excluding service fees) will be refunded.
6) Can I exchange my ticket(s) for a different seat/date/city?
Such requests are reviewed individually. Please write to us at: tikhonovconcert.europe@gmail.com, providing your order number and request details.
7) Do I need to print my e-ticket, or can I show it on my phone at the entrance?
You do not need to print the ticket. Showing it on your phone is sufficient.
8) I couldn’t find an answer to my question. What should I do?
